Has anyone else experienced a similar issue establishing a PPTP VPN via windows 8 / 8.1? I have read no end of posts and blogs on the subject but most seem to say it is either an ISP or router issue blocking GRE - but as I say I know this isn't the case here. My setup is as follows.
